These terms form an agreement between you and Johnson Creative LLC for your use of SmartBidPro. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
1. The service
SmartBidPro provides tools for project organization, document analysis, pricing-schema management, AI-assisted response drafting, review, branding, and export. Features may change, and we do not promise uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every document, device, or third-party service.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 18, provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and use the service only for content you are authorized to process. You are responsible for activity under your account.
3. AI output and required review
AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable. SmartBidPro requires a review and approval step before export, but you remain responsible for independently verifying source requirements, calculations, dates, legal terms, qualifications, prices, and submission rules.
4. Trials, subscriptions, and cancellation
Eligible first-time subscribers may receive one seven-day free trial through Apple App Store or Google Play. Eligibility is determined by the store account and subscription history. Unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the monthly price displayed at purchase is charged. Subscriptions automatically renew monthly until canceled through Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Deleting the app or your SmartBidPro account does not itself cancel a store subscription.
5. Customer content
You retain your rights in content you submit and grant us a limited right to host, process, transmit, transform, and display it only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the requested service and comply with law.
6. Acceptable use
You may not violate law or third-party rights, gain unauthorized access, distribute malware, evade limits, interfere with the service, generate fraudulent bids, impersonate others, or submit content you are not entitled to process.
7. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SmartBidPro is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of merchantability, fitness, non-infringement, accuracy, or results. Johnson Creative LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, missed deadlines, rejected bids, or lost contracts. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions.
